From the over all selections of Wet Blue, about
25% can be good for Full Grain purpose or Nubuck
Leather, about 50% can be used for Corrected
Grains and balance can be used for Heavy Printed
Leathers. Generally, this Wet Blue grading is
classified into three categories A/B/C
(20/40/40). This grading helps the importing
company to decide on the purpose and finish they
will be able to get the best utilization value.
We have No slaughterhouse in Nepal but still we
can provide Good Hand Flayed Hides suitable for
Shoes, Leather Goods, Upholstery, furniture
leather and so on. Though, the slaughter animals
in Nepal is manual still, due to the heavy
substance of the hides, it makes it comfortable
for the user to work up to a thickness of
2.0/2.2 m.m. comfortably.
